Michael Ruggiero 
Michael is our New Car Sales Manager with over 12 years of 
experience, all here at Brown-Daub Volvo. With a passion for
cars! cars! and more cars!, Michael has found his niche! He 
lives in Bethlehem and can be found enjoying life with family
and friends. 

"My customers have become my way of life. I take care of 
them as if they were family, and many have become just
that!"

Bob Swick
Bob is our Internet Sales Manager with over 25 years in the
auto business- all but the first 3 with Brown-Daub. He lives in
Bethlehem Twsp. with his wife and son, enjoying time with
family, the shore, and photography.

"The best part of my time in the car business has been serving
 customers who have become like family! They make it all
 worthwhile!

Ryan Frable
Ryan is our Business Manager with over 10 years experience,
9 of which are at Brown-Daub. Ryan lives in East Stroudsburg
with his wife, 3 daughters, and two dogs. He enjoys racing,
movies, and time with family.

"The car business is extremely fun and rewarding every day! I
meet people, assist them with a major purchase, and have a 
blast doing it, all at the same time!"

Rick Zauck
Rick is in Sales with 23 years of experience, joining us within
the past year here at the Volvo store. Rick is married and
lives  in Ballietsville with his wife and two children. Besides his 
interest in cars, Rick has a real passion for music and is a 
professional drummer.

"Nothing is more exciting than helping someone get the car
 or truck of their dreams!"

Kyle Butler
Kyle is a Volvo Certified Sales Consultant. He has been in
the car business 5 years,joining Brown-Daub in 2009. Kyle lives
in Bethlehem, enjoying outdoor activities, cooking, and all things
car related.

 always!"

Cindy Hart
Cindy is our Office Manager. Of her 31 years of dealership
experience, 16 years have been at Brown-Daub. She is savvy in 
every facet of a modern auto dealership. Cindy lives in Pen Argyl
with her daughter, sister, and a dog and cat. She enjoys reading,
cross-stitch, crosswords, and computer games.

"My goal is to exceed our customer's expectations -
our customers are our most important asset!"

Heather Gardner
Heather is our Administrative Assistant and has 3 years of 
service at Brown-Daub. She lives in Nazareth and enjoys biking,
hiking, and shopping.

"I enjoy working with customer to ensure their visit is a great
 experience. I believe first impressions are lasting impressions,
 and my goal is to build lasting relationships with our customers!"

Ann Marie Nash
Ann Marie is our Receptionist and Cashier. After 17 years in 
Accounting at Volvo NA, Ann Marie joined us 2 years ago. She
and her husband live in Wind Gap; she has 4 daughters and 3
grandchildren. A car buff who collects old British cars, Ann Marie
received the Turnquist Award recognizing her dedication to the
Metro Area, Classic Car Club of America!

 their visits to our store pleasant ones!"

Dave Osmun
Dave is our Service Manager with nearly 20 years of experience,
15 of these at Brown-Daub. Dave is an ASE Master Technician and
a GM and Volvo Certified Manager. Dave and his wife, son,
and daughter live here in Nazareth. He is an avid hunter and boater
and enjoys coaching youth sports.

"My passion is helping people solve problems and I am most
rewarded when we fix a problem that nobody else could fix!"

Bob Sedlock
Bob is our Master Certified & ASE Service Advisor. Over 15 of Bob's
24 years of experience have been here at Brown-Daub. He lives in
Bethlehem with his wife and has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. 
Bob's passion is music - he plays and teaches trumpet. His band,
Lucky 7, is a favorite here in the Valley!

Dawn Rasmussen
Dawn is our Service Coordinator with 21 years of Service
experience. She graduated from the GM Automotive Training School. 
Dawn joined us in 2010 and lives in Nazareth with her husband
and two daughters. She enjoys time with her family and being
involved in the community and school system.

 people. I have enjoyed getting to know them and look
 forward to serving them here!"

John Metzgar
John is a Volvo Master and ASE Master Technician and a two time
Volvo Vista Winner, Volvo's highest honor. He has over 30 years
of experience, with 8 years here at Brown-Daub. John lives in
Bangor with his wife, two daughters, and his dog. He enjoys
hunting, hiking, NASCAR, and football.

"Todays' technology is certainly a challenge! I enjoy helping our
customers maintain their vehicles, especially when they see the
value in doing so!" 

Jon Kraemer
Jon is a Volvo Expert Technician with over 21 years of experience,
all at Brown-Daub Volvo. He and his wife, 2 sons, and dog and cat
reside in Stockertown. Jon enjoys touring and maintaining his 1930
Ford Model A and shows with his son at the Easton School of Rock.

Bill Reuter
Bill is an ASE/Certified Volvo Technician. He has 3 years
of experience with GM and over 5 years with Volvo, all with 
Brown-Daub. Bill lives in Nazareth with his wife and enjoys
music and playing and teaching drums.

James Crosby
Jim is a Parts Specialist with over 23 years of
experience. He has been with Brown-Daub over
7 years. Jim lives in Kunkletown and enjoys
fishing, horseback riding, and farming.

Claude Beck
Claude is a Volvo Master Parts Specialist with 30 years
of experience. He has been with Brown-Daub over 9
years. Claude lives in Nazareth with his wife and daughter.
He enjoys time with his family and his hobbies include
bass fishing and motorcycle riding.
